Educational Program - Applications/Fees

Master - Single Program:
This program will be conducted one time only and will not be repeated. 30 days prior to start date of course $210 additional $100
Master - Annual Program:
An Annual Program is comprised of educational activities with varying topics offered by the same applicant on an annual basis. 30 days prior to start date of course $210 additional $100
Master - Single Topic Program Series (Repeated Multiple Dates):
A Single Topic Program Series consists of a course in which the scientific content of the course does not change and will be offered by the same applicant on various dates within a 12-month period.

An organization may submit a Master Single Topic Program Series application for approval of the series of educational activities and list the date of each individual course to be held within the series. If approved by CAMPEP, the Single Topic Program Series will be approved for a 12-month period beginning with the first course date listed in the series.

A Single Topic Program Series Update must be submitted for EACH course date within the approved 12-month period. (See Update - Single Topic Program Series). 		30 days prior to start date of course $210 additional $100
**NEW** Master - Single Topic Program Series (Repeated Multiple Dates):

A Single Topic Program Series is approved for a 12-month period. EACH time the single topic course is offered within the approved 12-month period, updated information must be submitted. The appropriate application fee to be submitted with EACH update. 30 days prior to start date of course $50 for EACH update additional $100

A Single Topic Program Series is approved for a 10-month period. EACH time the single topic course is offered within the approved 10-month period, updated information must be submitted. Up to 10 updates are allowed. Each update is at no additional cost to the program and exempt from review. 30 days prior to start date of course $0 for EACH update additional $100

CAMPEP Transcripts - Participant Information:

Applicants will be responsible for providing required information for each program participant to be used for transcript generation.
