Application Submission
  
    -  Before beginning the submission process, an Applicant should review/obtain all required application criteria in order to enter information into system. 
 
 
-  Once the application submission process has begun, Applicants may access the submission continuously until all required information is entered and the ‘Submit Application’ button has been activated.
 
 
- Payment is due via CREDIT CARD ONLY at the time of SUBMISSION.
 
  Review Process
  
    -  Applications will be reviewed by the CAMPEP Continuing Education Credit Review Committee (CECRC). 
 
-  If the application is incomplete, additional information will be requested via email. 
 
-  Applicants may login to the application at any time in order to view any comments supplied by Reviewers regarding the application. 
 
-  Reviews will be completed within a two week period upon receipt of a completed submission. 
 
-  Official approval or rejection of the application will be sent via email to the Applicant.
 
 
-  If approved:
 
 - Initial approval will be for 1 year with renewal for 3 years.
 
 - Renewal of the approval would follow review of the program including activities accredited and their number of credits, the number of participants, and scores on the examinations.
 
 - CAMPEP reserves the right to terminate this program or the approval of any award credits at any time.
 
 
- A program will not be advertised as awarding MPCEC until approval has been given. 
 
  Annual Applicant Responsibilities
  
    -  Submit updated application information each year for a period of 3 years following initial approval.
 
 
-  As part of the annual application renewal process,  provide a year end report, to include statistical information, examples of question/answer sets, etc.
 
 (NOTE: Following a change in the Director managing the MPCEC program, a new Master application and application fee must be submitted to continue the program).
 
 
-  Upload required participant information, including individual credits earned, and submit payment for the generation of transcripts for all participants via the CAMPEP database website:
 
 (NOTE: Should an Applicant opt NOT to pay the appropriate fee for program transcripts, a program participant will have ‘viewing only’ access to the program transcript.)
 
 
-  A program participant may obtain the official program transcript for a fee of $25.00.
