Master - Initial Application for Webex Program:
A Webinar/WebEX continuing educational activity is one in which the participant or learner is not in a group classroom type setting in the physical presence of an instructor. Organizations or groups conducting Webinar/WebEX programs will describe, with respect to the process of delivery, the educational content to the participant and the requirements for evaluating and documenting the participants’ acquisition of knowledge. The program will be based on high standards consistent with this type of continuing education activity in other professions.

If approved by CAMPEP, the program is approved for a 1 year period. Each year the initial master application must be updated (see Update - RDCE Program).

(Note: Following a change in the Director managing the MPCEC program, a new Master application and application fee must be submitted to continue the program).

A Master application for an Webex Program must be submitted to CAMPEP every 4 years.

Initial approval will be for 1 year with renewal for 3 years. Each subsequent year from the initial approval, an Annual Program Update Report must be submitted as part of the renewal process.

CAMPEP Transcripts - Submission of Participant Information:
Applicants will be responsible for providing required information for each program participant to be used for CAMPEP transcript generation. Information can be supplied once a year (Annual Submission) or multiple times throughout a year (Multiple/Yearly Submissions). Schedule of submission to be determined by Applicant.
Annual Submission The Applicant submits required participant information to CAMPEP each year in January, covering any previously unreported credits from the prior year.

Example: For a program approved for the year 2006, Applicant will submit required participant information to CAMPEP in January of 2007. Transcripts will reflect credits earned in 2006.

Multiple/Yearly Submissions The Applicant submits required participant information to CAMPEP at least once a year in January, but may also submit participant information periodically throughout the approved year.

Example: For a program approved for the year 2006, Applicant can submit required participant information weekly, bi-monthly, monthly, etc., throughout the 2006 year. Transcripts will reflect credits earned to date in 2006.
