Educational Program - Participant Information Submission Instructions

SUBMISSION OF PARTICIPANT INFORMATION

CAMPEP will maintain a repository of credits earned by qualified medical physicists who have attended CAMPEP approved educational programs as follows:

• Following an educational program, it is the responsibility of the Program Director to submit to CAMPEP the Participant names, credits earned, and appropriate processing fees in order for the individual Participant to access his/her personal transcript for the approved educational program.
  
  
• Processing Fee: $8.00 per participant/attendee
  
  
• If the required information and processing fee has not been provided by the Program Director, a transcript cannot be viewed by the Participant.
  

In order to qualify to receive MPCEC, a physicist must fulfill at least one of the following requirements:

• Membership in AAPM, ACR, ACMP, or CCPM/COMP
  
  
• Certification by the American Board of Radiology (one or more sub-fields of radiological physics)
  
  
• Certification by the American Board of Medical Physics
  
  
• Certification by the Canadian College of Medical Physics
